Toronto Prices down $100,000 a month for 4 months! Toronto's cloudy future.

Ozzie Jurock predicted runaway inflation in hard assets in his book "Forget about location" in 1998.

He stated in this book that if we kept printing money for 30 years after 1998, as we did the 30 years leading up to 1998 - every house in Vancouver would be 6 million. (Average price in 1998? $278,000!)
